Amanda is an experienced healthcare professional deeply committed to systems change and health equity. With over 7 years of experience developing and leading social determinants of health initiatives within pediatric safety net institutions, Amanda has expertise in transforming and improving clinical processes and developing programs to support equitable access to holistic care for Medicaid beneficiaries.

As a Senior Practice Transformation Consultant, Amanda works on the Value-Based Care team, leading he implementation of CalAIM initiatives such as Enhanced Care Management and Community Supports projects through the PATH Technical Assistance Marketplace. Amanda supports practice transformation and quality improvement, supports clients in developing business cases for value- based care, and supports program compliance and oversight

Prior to Elevation Health Partners, Amanda developed the first Community Health Worker workforce at a Los Angeles Children’s Hospital, collaborating on the implementation of Enhanced Care Management for some of California’s most complex pediatric patients. Amanda holds a Master’s of Public Health with a focus on Community Health Sciences from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Outside of the office, you can find Amanda exploring coffee shops in LA’s South Bay, walking her golden doodle by the beach, and busy planning her next trip.
