Bryan is a dynamic healthcare leader with a strong background in managing ambulatory care operations, driving innovation, and building successful teams. Holding leadership positions with organizations such as New York City Health+Hospitals, NYU Langone, and HonorHealth, Bryan has grown new service lines, maximized revenue opportunities, and created cultures of continuous improvement throughout his 10 years of experience.

As a Practice Transformation Consultant at Elevation Health Partners, Bryan supports primary care practices to achieve their goals in quality measures, data management, and maximizing value. With a strong belief in the concepts of Population Health and Value-Based Care, Bryan helps coach organizations through their transformation efforts.

 A dual degree MPH and MBA holder, Bryan combines his business expertise with a focus on applying data analytics and process improvement to healthcare initiatives driving the triple aim. In his previous roles he has helped lead quality measure improvement, participated in ACO operations, completed PCMH Accreditation with NCQA, implemented Collaborative Care (CoCM) programs, and streamlined value-based care work. Bryan's experience also includes developing system wide standard work to improve operational efficiencies and productivity, performing value analysis for resources such as staffing, new technology, and capital investment, coordinating with community resources to identify areas of need, and scaling up medical group operations with new locations.

 Outside of work, Bryan is an avid sports fan, yoga practitioner, and video gamer. He also is active in the lacrosse community as a coach and player, as well as a Vice Commissioner with the Arizona Lacrosse League.
