CPCA's Workforce Development Survey gives every healthcare professional—from frontline staff to executive leadership—the opportunity to influence positive change in our industry.

  • 1. Team-Wide Insights and Action Planning

    • Value: $500

    • For Everyone: Access findings that reflect your input and show how your organization compares to others. Participating leadership receives strategic briefings while all staff benefit from improvements based on collective feedback.

    2. Chance to win a free consulting session with Elevation Health Partners!

    • Value: $1500

    • For Leadership: Organizations that reach the participation goal (at least one leadership response and at least 4 other staff responses) will be entered into a raffle to win a free consultation session with Elevation Health Partners tailored to your organization’s needs on your choice of one of the following topics: Strategic workforce planning, PHM, Leadership Capacity, Business Strategy, Process and Quality Improvement, Data analytics/governance, collaborative care

    3. Exclusive Access to our custom CHC Recruitment and Retention Webinar

    • Value: $500

    • Leaders that complete a survey response will be granted exclusive access to a virtual practices workshop focused on select topics in workforce recruitment and retention in community health centers.

    4. Exclusive Access to Population Health Management Webinar

    • Value: $500

    • Leaders that complete a survey response will be granted exclusive access to a virtual workshop focused on strategies for integrating population health management (PHM) principles into workforce operations and key resources available through the PHMI initiative.
