Dr. Emily Ptaszek brings over 12 years of executive leadership experience in community health, including the past six years serving as President & CEO of Federally Qualified Health Centers with annual budgets ranging from $60 million to $120 million. She has deep expertise in executive leadership development, board governance and relations, strategic planning, community engagement, philanthropy, and program development. Prior to her leadership roles, Dr. Ptaszek practiced as a clinical psychologist for over a decade, providing her with a unique perspective that integrates clinical insight, a patient-focused lens with organizational strategy.

As Managing Director at EHP, Dr. Ptaszek supports organizations from FQHCs, health systems and payors, Boards of Directors, and executive leaders and their teams in balancing real operational threats with strategic growth and stability, developing health boards and teams, and assessing leadership strengths and opportunities within systems. She also leads the executive/leadership coaching practice.
