Nicole is an experienced registered dietitian with a background in Public Health. She has performed direct clinical patient care and served as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team to treat patients with rare genetic inborn errors of metabolism.

As a Practice Transformation Consultant at Elevation Health Partners, Nicole works directly with primary care clinics to help improve the quality and efficiency of care provided. Working shoulder to shoulder with employees at every level, Nicole utilizes Motivational Interviewing strategies to assist clinics in achieving program goals. She provides education, coaching, and problem solving strategies to tackle complex healthcare problems. Some strategies include Lean, Six Sigma, and the PDSA cycle to critically think about system redesign.

Nicole’s bachelor’s degree in Biology created the platform for science which she has used to launch her passion for nutrition and public health. She obtained her Master’s degree in Public Health from the University of Michigan. She has experience working in underserved communities to create health education curriculum as well as internship experience at a Michigan WIC clinic. Nicole has also worked as a teacher and a track coach to improve youth performance.

Outside of her role at Elevation Health Partners, Nicole enjoys reading, running, and playing with her dog Abby. She aspires to travel to as many countries as possible and is a dedicated Taylor Swift fan.
